How can I inhale colors?

Connect yourself to sun-god. Just say, “I am connected to sun-god for the next 15 minutes to get —– color”.
Say within, with each and every inhalation, “I receive the solar — (mention the color) energy into my being.”
Inhale consciously, and visualize the solar color energy filling up the cells of your body or filling up the whole body.
Do this for five minutes. Now, you have the color required by the body or mind.

I am continuosly making same mistakes-wrong marriage,wrong career,& many more wrong decisions.Though i take each decision after lot of thoughts,each has ended in bad note.Now i am making more bad decisions as i am unable to come out of the burden of thye older ones.Please suggest a remedy to clear my mind & make correct decisions.

sir…i’m unable to imagine any colour except purple/ violet…while inhaling.whenever i try to inhale some colour…the only colour i can see is purple…..does this indicate something..?
Pls reply how do we know which colour to inhale
