Connect yourself to sun-god. Just say, “I am connected to sun-god for the next 15 minutes to get —– color”.

Say within, with each and every inhalation, “I receive the solar — (mention the color) energy into my being.”

Inhale consciously, and visualize the solar color energy filling up the cells of your body or filling up the whole body.

Do this for five minutes. Now, you have the color required by the body or mind.

Visualize the indigo rays entering through your eyes and then from there, going to the back head and then your third eye.
