How can I inhale colors?

Connect yourself to sun-god. Just say, “I am connected to sun-god for the next 15 minutes to get —– color”.

Say within, with each and every inhalation, “I receive the solar — (mention the color) energy into my being.”

Inhale consciously, and visualize the solar color energy filling up the cells of your body or filling up the whole body.

Do this for five minutes. Now, you have the color required by the body or mind.

Can’t say ‘NO’

Some might say, “It is all because of my fate that I am stuck up in this family.  I say yes to everybody”.

This shows their Orange color is less.

Inhale Orange (visualize) and affirm, “I need not please others”.

You will conclude that you do not need to please others.  You will feel free to do what you want to do.
