Will you please explain the process of taking color treatment from the Sun for hair growth?

Daily in the morning see the sun for 5 minutes. Say,” Oh Sun god! You are my guru. You are my guide. You are my friend. You are my healer. Please send me the Indigo rays to enrich my hair”.
And then affirm within, “With each and every inhalation, I receive solar indigo rays.”
Visualize the indigo rays entering through your eyes and then from there, going to the back head and then your third eye.
Do this daily for five minutes.
